Officially Licensed England, Wales and Scotland Rugby Babywear

Three unions, and every item is for a baby or a toddler. England RFU carries the largest run, followed by Wales and Scotland. Shirt and short sets lead the range, then sleepsuits, general baby clothing, two-pack bodysuits and baby jerseys, with tutus, a two-pack of bibs, a pair of junior sunglasses and a mug alongside. Sizes run in age bands from newborn to about three years.

A first kit, or something worn every day?

The shirt and short set is the keepsake — it is what gets photographed on a first Six Nations Saturday and then kept. Sleepsuits and bodysuits are the opposite: worn constantly, washed constantly, and the more practical gift for a parent who already has plenty of keepsakes. Tutus and bibs are occasion pieces, and they tend to be bought by grandparents rather than parents.

Is this replica kit or leisure babywear?

Leisure babywear produced under each union's licence, not a scaled-down match shirt. The crest and colours are the union's own, but the garment is cut for comfort and sleep rather than to mirror the playing strip.
