Officially Licensed 1:24 Scale Radio Controlled Supercars
A motoring section rather than a football one. The range is licensed scale supercars at 1:24 — Maserati MC20, Ferrari Evo FXX-K Evo, Aston Martin Valkyrie and similar — reproduced under licence from the manufacturers, with body shapes, badges and colourways taken from the real cars.
A toy, or a model that happens to move?
Closer to the second. At 1:24 these are display-accurate rather than rugged, so they suit indoor floors and smooth patios rather than gravel or grass. A child who wants something to crash into furniture is better served by a larger, more rugged RC car; someone who likes the actual cars will notice the panel lines and badge placement.
What do they need to run?
Batteries for both the car and the controller, and the listing states which sizes — they are rarely included. It is worth having them in before the box is opened, because nothing dampens a birthday faster than a car that cannot move.
