A party bag, a stocking, or a desk?

Most of this exists for the first two. Stress balls, poppers and dice games are small, robust and forgiving of being lost, which is exactly what a party bag or a stocking needs. Mini balls and basketball sets take up more room and suit a garden or a hallway. The Rubik's cubes and puzzles are the ones an adult ends up keeping on a desk.

Are these suitable for young children?

Each item carries an age marking on its packaging, and small parts are the thing to check before buying for under-threes. Stress balls and soft poppers are the safest of the group; puzzles and cubes are aimed at school age.
