Officially Licensed Club Footballs

Actual footballs rather than souvenirs. The range covers size 3 and size 5 balls in club colours, premium stitched designs, spiral and crest prints, and LED glow footballs that light up for playing after dark. Liverpool, Chelsea and Newcastle United run deepest, with most Premier League clubs represented.

Which size, and for what?

Size 3 is the junior ball, right for roughly under-eights and for garden use. Size 5 is the full adult match size and what an older child or an adult will expect. Buying a size 5 for a small child is the common mistake — it is heavier than it looks and hard to control. The LED glow balls are a winter-evening purchase rather than a training ball.

Are these match balls or display balls?

They are made to be kicked, not shelved — properly stitched or moulded and supplied deflated or part-inflated, so a pump is worth having. What the licence adds is the crest and colourway, not a change in specification, so judge the ball on its own description.
