Full wallet or card holder?
Card holders have quietly become the more useful gift. Most people now carry three or four cards and no cash, and a slim holder fits a coat pocket in a way a folded wallet does not. A full wallet still suits someone who carries a driving licence, receipts and notes, or who wants the more traditional gift — and the executive leather versions are the ones that look like a proper present.
Is it real leather?
The listing distinguishes them plainly: premium leather wallets are leather, PU wallets are a coated synthetic. Both are licensed and crested to the same standard; the difference is how they age, since leather softens with use and PU holds its finish but will not develop a patina.
