Officially Licensed Club Dog Tag Pendants and Chains

A single-shape section, entirely club-crested, and one of the more masculine gifts in the jewellery range. The designs divide into four: engraved tags with the crest cut into the steel, enamel crest tags in full club colour, cut-out tags where the crest is pierced through the metal, and patterned tags. Arsenal, Liverpool, Rangers, Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham, Aston Villa and Leicester City are all covered, chain included.

Engraved, enamel or cut-out?

Enamel crests show the club colours and are the most immediately recognisable, but colour is the part that wears with heavy use. Engraved and cut-out tags are monochrome steel, so there is nothing to chip — they age better and suit someone who will wear it constantly rather than on match days.

Will the chain take the weight?

A dog tag is heavier than most pendants, so the chain matters more here than elsewhere. These are supplied with a steel chain matched to the tag rather than a fine decorative one, which is what stops the failure point being the link rather than the pendant.
